Easy Brownie Recipe | Simple Way Of Making Brownie

Easy homemade brownies recipe without nuts. Preparation time about 20 minutes and 20 minutes baking time. Suitable for every children’s birthday party or when visitors come. Delicious brownies, which are slightly moist inside.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups chocolate
  • a pinch of salt
  • ¼ package of baking powder

Preparation

Separate egg whites and yolks from each other.

Add the salt to the egg white and the butter to the yolk.

First, whisk the egg whites until stiff. Then mix the egg yolk and butter.

To the butter yolk mixture, add the sugar and whisk together.

Sift remaining dry ingredients into it.

Using a rubber scraper, blend mixture until it becomes a homogeneous mass.

Add the egg whites to the mixture and gently fold in (do not stir!).

Cut the chocolate into small pieces. The smaller, the faster the chocolate melts.

Bring water to boil in a small pan. Reduce temperature and place bowl with chocolate in it. Stir chocolate until everything is melted.

Let the chocolate cool down. Then add to the mixture.

Stir mixture steadily into each other until a smooth mixture is obtained. Then pour the mixture into a mold.

Preheat oven to 400°F. When temperature is reached bake brownies for 20 minutes. Once the time is over, do a needle test.

Take brownies out of the oven and let cool.

Cut brownies into about 15 equally sized pieces.

Arrange on a plate and eat.
